I get the feeling all the blah blah blah advertising on packaging is just to confuse people. Diet and exercise for Weight Loss

EAT GHEE,COCONUT OIL,OLIVE OIL NO PROBLEM.DO NOT CONSUME POLYUNSATURATED FATS LIKE CORN OIL,SUNFLOWER OIL,SAFFLOWER OIL,CANOLA OIL,PEANUT OIL,WALNUT OIL. ALSO ELDER PEOPLE,FAT PEOPLE AVOID CARBOHYDRATES(RICE,WHEAT,OATS,CORN,PULSES WHICH CONTAIN 65% CARBOHYDRATES), SUGARS,AND SWEETENERS, WHICH TURN TO FATS AFTER DIGESTION.

We are blindly aping the west and think we can eat all these. The net result - juvenile diabetes, high cholesterol risks, heart attacks, obesity and what not. Stick to our traditional Indian food. They will not harm us.
