ALSO ELDER PEOPLE,FAT PEOPLE AVOID CARBOHYDRATES(RICE,WHEAT,OATS,CORN,PULSES WHICH CONTAIN 65% CARBOHYDRATES), SUGARS,AND SWEETENERS, WHICH TURN TO FATS AFTER DIGESTION.
