Thats a first
by Ramesh Nakhwa on Dec 13, 2014 03:09 PM

the author taking the trouble of replying. Thats a first. Intercative stuff always makes good reading.
Also the criticism is so much harsher if its a woman who is being written about.

Write a blog
by Ramesh Nakhwa on Dec 13, 2014 03:01 PM

Start a blog Gauri, if you do not have it already. Share your travel experiences and you will get lot of people who share your passion.

May be someday write a book on it. Like the " live and travel without baggage bit"

She has launched an adventure agency and is choosing to promote it this way. Rediff is putting manjira to her ambitions.

I think all of us has right to live our life and she is daring enough to do that. I respect her for that, and there is an inspiration here to learn to live your passion as a happy person you can do lot more, it does not mean that you are not considerate to others but believe me if you are unhappy and adjusting sooner than later you will have bad relations.

Not inspiring...
by Ravi on Dec 03, 2014 08:36 AM  | Hide replies

I am rather inspired by likes of Stephen Hawkings who fight against all the odds to make it big.

This lady is just a case of knowledge going to wrong minds. Result is for all to see.

Maybe thats why in olden days the teachers used to choose their disciples as they were very very protective of the usage of knowledge they impart for betterment of society.

Ravi, did you know that when you take an active holiday with our company, most of what you pay for goes to local people helping grow economies. No other holiday style can claim to make a difference to the lives of the grassroots like active holidaying does. What we do at www.ActiveHolidayCompany.com doesn't make us some heroes but we try to make small changes in the lives of local people usually even ignored by their own governments and for that I am proud of what we do through our business!!!!!
