After all they are also human beings and are not forcing themselves on anybody. Let them do what they like, why deprive them from it when others do many queer acts which are not permitted by the society. Why interfere with someone's personal choice?

The law Article 377 was created by Britishers 60 years back which is still prevailing in India where they have abolished it in their country. Why India should follow that law now when there has been tremendous change in the society?

Many laws from British era continued to be retained after independence by Nehru so that he and his third rate dynasty could rule India like the British did!
Why is this fact only bothersome now that a bunch of dev1ant5 are getting squeezed by one of the many British laws retained in the India constitution which was supposed to be written anew?!

Most of Indian Men are afraid of section 498A , Dowry law. So they are not in a mood to marry or live with a woman.

agree with u v r still following the british rules which they abolished 60 yrs ago it is not always right what the judgement made by supreme court by overrulled the judgement of Delhi HC, HC judge definetly found some reason to withdraw section 377
