Most of the time women are inviting for such things. Women should be aware how to dress up and all that. of course some gays are their to take the advantage that also needs to give the moral by their own parents.

by chintan jhunjhunwala on Dec 03, 2014 09:38 PM

how about putting a survey on women who have not been harassed.naturally if you put a survey where it says women being harassed it will come that way.even i as a male at night would think twice entering a dark unknown alley.i am not saying that women dont get harassed they do.just putting things more in perspective,

I was harassed many times on Rediff
by xxx yyy on Dec 03, 2014 03:24 AM  | Hide replies

Some of the readers used vulgar language when I did not agree with them. I do wonder if they are so literate to use computers and Rediff, why do they use such language? Don't they have sisters and mothers at home. Is that what their parents taught them? Is it the same language they use at home. Nowadays I hesitate to read comments or write comments on Rediff.

Our society is losing balance
by Krishna on Dec 02, 2014 10:40 AM  | Hide replies

The gap between the haves and the have nots is on the rise. The young boys on the darker side of the story are hopelessly desperate. This is giving rise to a certain anti-establishment criminalistic atitude. They do not care about anyone and are out on the streets for a revenge and no logic will work to pacify them. Most of the time these crimes are being commited by poor boys, who live in slums and who have no future, no hope.

Kind of true. But the basic problem is the control freak societal attitude.
