Parents are liable.
by Tom Dick on Dec 01, 2014 07:21 PM

It is the duty of every parent to impart some moral lessons to their children. How should a boy deal with his sister, mother, aunts etc is taught by parents but not about strangers. No police can rectify this situation and it can only be rectified by parents. If some one is caught doing mischief, they must be punished in such a way that it is a lesson for others too.

Imparting self defence skills
by better thanyourx on Dec 01, 2014 01:29 PM  | Hide replies

It is high time that parents and schools start imparting self defense skills to their girls as it is an effective way of dealing with the menace.Learning these skills at an younger age will make her physically stronger and will give her the mental strength and confidence to endure as and when such things happen all of a sudden.
