Shouting and speaking loudly and disturbing the peace of the office. 6. Always praising himself by saying i worked hard to achieve this position. 7. Giving unreaslitic deadlines. 8. Not taking sick leaves of employees seriously. 9. Asking employees to work on weekends when it is not at all necessary. 10. Not understanding the greviances of employees. 11. Giving high ratings during appraisal to employees who are close to him. 12. Behaving with female staff in such a way that as if they are seeing females for the first time. 13. Not sanctioning urgent leaves which are required to be taken by employees to fulfill family responsibilities. 14. Always on the laptop and on phone calls.
