He has not mentioned pros & cons. What would be damage comes. Not explained. If the marked goes down ? So many company already in red-tap. But investing in property never vanish. But sensex / MF will vanish any time. Be carefful.

It vanishes for fools and speculators. Invest evenly in sensex or nifty stocks only and get assured 15% compound yield.Sensex 100 for 1980 is 260 times i.e 26000 and gives you dividend yield of approximately 500% annually. Try comparing with any other asset class
