This was a very interesting product to me. But like others have pointed out, the journalist could have included information such as the price, weight, shelf life etc of the product.

Well, their innovation is not in making Idlis, but in finding a new way to extract more money from us by packaging idli in a different way. The good old term is 'Swindler' in the dictionary.

It is poison,as it mix with preservatives, etc. Don't eat it.

When GMOs are banned in Europe and other developed countries, Indian eateries use them in their products..All road side eateries use this to give soft effects on idlis and parotta
