Due to population we are still alive. Else if the population is less given that we are too humble, the english or mulsm or china would have made us extinct line in australia or egypt or iran etc. More population is more security and more yuva shakti.

Sameer, Well - Depends how much winters you like. Oct-Nov are nice. Later Feb - Apr are good. Want some adventure head to bir billing for paragliding. Want some real hippie taste Best Tibetian food in great prices - Mcelodganj is the one (abode of His holiness Dalai Lama). Want to trek plenty to chose from Best would be triund near Mcleodganj. Want to be religios 13th century Shiva temple in Baijnath and NO nothing soak in laziness. Get a place in The seclude or nagri resort THE BEST CHANDPIR resort admist tea gardens.. Market of palampur is like any other small town market nothing fancy may be few himachali caps but yeah overall should be nice..

If we want to enjoy snow than which month is advisable & how do we travel from Chakki bank or Pathankot,how far is the journey from these railway stations
