I bought Micromax Doddle through online 4 months back right from the day one it hanged like any thing if you want to do any thing urgently it wont open they may make a tall claim In reality it is nothing but china made phone
Bought Micromax Tab a few Months Back within 15 Days it started giving problem, one of Basic reason is also seems the purposely done Design of USB port. as its been set in reverse which we are not use to and try inserting the USB cable in normal position the pin breaks. Service Centre are another unique. Even after 5 attempts to repair the phone its never permanent and given problem after every 20-25 days. Worst they even misplace or should say stole my MicroSD Card Agree the initial models were very good build. Will never buy again nor ever recommend
A Micromax service centre (SC)is located just adjoining my residence, looking to the sudden surge of customers coming to the above SC, in the last 3-4 months, I casually asked a known technician employed there about this surge. He informed me that the quality of hand sets made by the Co in their unit @ Rudraprayag, in recent months are of poor quality. Earlier the hand sets were much better, as only assembling was done in the above unit, with parts procured from abroad.
As you on rediffmail saying that the above phone having internal storage 8GB but on checking on micromax website I found the internal storage is only 0.89 GB. then why your are giving wrong information.
I gave my funbook to a TVM service center 4 months back, still not repaired. Micromax customer service has no control over the local authorized service centers. Stay away from them till they make the service network better.
how good micromax proclaims about the phone features, but they have worst service set up. they do not have any authorised set up, any freelancer who has got service center multiple brands are their authorised service center. these centere are poorly equipped and owned by people with dubious credentials. If any problem occurs with the micromax set (which definetely would come)try to get it repaired in front of you. If you leave it then there is every chance that components in your set will be replaced to another faulty set. even their service center says that they are not provided with adequate spares. Hence they might change the camera , or any other component which they dont have. Unlike samsung or nokia who have people professinally trained and most of their testing are done in front of you, this is not the case with stickered brands like micromax, lava, karbonn, etc etc a good phone or value for money soon fizzles out once you experience their after sales service

MY GALAXY S DUOS HAD A CHARGER CONNECTING POINT PROBLEM AND I HAVE TAKEN IT THREE TIMES TO A SERVICE CENTER AND EVERYTIME SAME PROBLEM REOCCURRED IN TWO MONTHS ITSELF. TOMORROWI'LL AGAIN TAKE THE 1.5 YR OLD PHONE TO THE SERVICE CENTER. SO SAMSUNG IS NITHING BETTER I FEEL.
