I engaged a PMS for one year. The result was that I lost money but the PMS made a neat brokerage of about 75000 bu churning portfolio.There is a difference in services of doctoretc and financial advisr (PMS). If it is an advisor only without actual involvement in investments, it's ok. But the fact is that an effective advisor will be rich by investing own money. The advice is at the investor's risk and that bothers me.
OK Agreed!! We should invest for future. But is it correct to think about something we are not sure of when I our present we are not able to spend and live comfortably & enjoy life. There is only ONE LIFE. What if tomorrow never comes then OUR SAVINGS will be no good for us and others will be enjoying

tomarrow will come, may be not 4 u but definitely for your near and dear ones.enen 4 short life, if we had say little water in a bottle we would not drink all at one time but would like to use it to prolong life and take min essential.7eE43
Good to see an article that brings out the short comings in our approach towards financial planning. Each item has something for us to think about. A person with the same means as you can save and build corpus much better than you with some disciplined planning. All it takes is to think and act.
