can some one tell me if i book a flat in navi mumbai and i paid builder 9 lacs through check,later cancel booking for short of money because bank cannot approve remaining amount. within how many days builder should return my money? kindly help me out.
When you buy a home with our without home loan in Indian cities…. On a property deal even if there is an issue after the registration of property, people used to go to broker who got 1-2% commission to trouble them. To an extend everyone including the police supports you doing so. During registration with the proper value shown, you are almost paying 10% to Government!
