Our great Netaji could have understand it with a divisive answer if any of his own would have victimized.It is really shame to say Rape is not a crime.
It is naturally a mistake for people born out of mistake of parents, like MSY. He himself is leader by the mistake of people of India. He deserves death penalty.

I support you Sir!, he is a anti human being and in democracy a anti national too. He must raped and hanged he must feel how it feels when he gets raped.
Mulayam Singhji is right, the draconian rape law needs to be amended to prevent misuse.
Boys and girls fall in love but due to differences they fall apart later on. When their friendship ends, the girl complains she has been raped
Incidents of women misusing the rape laws are increasing all around the country.
Women have misused laws in India. The Rape laws , Dowry Laws, DV Laws are misused for gain. Even most prominent citizens from our country were not spared from a FALSE RAPE cases.
Innocent men are accused as "rapists" using this law. Just read the sections of rape law and you will understand how much vulnerable it is for misuse.
