5 reasons you will most definitely fail your job interview
1. You don't know the hiring manager. 2. You know more about doing the job than your hiring manager. 3. You are not related to anybody currently working in the company you are interviewing with, who can vouch for you. 4. You look "untrustworthy" to the hiring manager, that is, you look like you won't be a YES man. OR you give your hiring manage a huge inferiority complex! 5. You are a direct threat to your hiring manager's job in the near future, that is, you are fully qualified to replace your hiring manager.

6. you are not from the same ethnic background as the hiring manager or you are from a ethnic background that the hiring manager hates

Absolutely correct Akshay. There is no meritocracy in India. The truly deserving are shortlisted, called for farcical interviews when the decision on whom to hire has already been made. And one more reason 7. You didnt pay off HR!
