This post is Completely False Description about Ambernath its nothing like that as described above People must check themselves to get truth as described in above post.
many many congratulations to pallavi gaikwad... made us ambernathkars proud....the author needs to enlighten his knowledge about the place he has so confidently and carelessly described about...... dear buddy come once to ambernath and see it for yourself how foolish you had been in describing the city...... and get your foolishness....(i mean your misinformation corrected).
The person who has written this article, needs to first check the facts before displaying his ignorance before the world. The description about Ambernath that he has written is completely wrong. It seems as if he is talking about some remote place in some undeveloped state of India. It is strongly recommended that he first visit the place before writing such nonsense. Probably in order to highlight Pallavi's achievement, he has resorted to this cheap gimmick of degrading & defaming a beautiful, picturesque township which in reality is an industrial town providing employment to hordes of people from all over India in its MIDC. It boasts of the ordnance factory where ammunition required by the army is manufactured. It boasts of companies like Godrej, Emerson, Watson, ASB to name a few. It is culturally advanced & has an ancient Shiv temple from the Shilahar dynasty which has been declared as a heritage structure by ASI. The men here do not loiter aimlessly but are a very hardworking & an enterprising lot. women are active in all the spheres & have brilliant careers in almost all professions. The children hailing from here have excelled in academics, sports as well as art. All the people living in this urban town of the MMR, deserve an apology from the writer.

This is how they protray india to western countries. for westerner (US) india a place where poor people dwell. US school kids are shown most outrageous pics for some hungry kids, or shambled schools or women with earthern pots fetching water or farm animals on the streets. this is how india is shown. Good luck to Pallavi, please also tell them that India is not as they know it or hear it.
Dombivli, Kalyan, Ambarnath were the best places in my childhood. Now they are very very owercrowded... continuous influx of people from all parts of India on daily basis..... I wonder if any such type of activity is done by other communities... ---- Now, don't report my comment as abuse -----
The description of Ambernath city given in this article is nothing more than a non-sense. Author should have at least once searched on internet about Ambernath. No streets???? I invite author to Ambernath to see what exactly is here. I suggest author to do AT LEAST a little homework before putting such irresponsible description about any place in this world.
