It is good that we are also realizing gradually the importance of documenting our cuisine and cooking after learning it from others. One is unsure how many more generations the oral handing down would go on effectively, hence the need to document everything as minutely as possible. A vast and varied culinary culture needs such documentation.
cooking might be the most important area in laying foundation of any individual but getting least priority because we do not have sense to understand the importance of food and craze for money... even home cooking is full time job but how many could afford...
It is really a good decision TARA has taken for following reasons, 1) People in the films are not good and any thing may happen at any time. 2) In the filme there is a limitation of time for U to act or play rolls and a day comes, many a times very soon, that U are thrown out of Industry. 3) To remain in films U have to sacrifise many things like ur Personal Life, ur Family, ur Charactor, ur egos and finally huge amount of money, which U earn in the begining and spend at the end leaving nothing with U. 4) After comming out of films One cant do any thing as every one think different about U and U are also in such a state that U are left with no other opetion. We have seen Parvin Babi, Priya Rajwansha,Jaya Prada, Rekha etc. 5) In Cooking field sky is the limit of time, money, success and everything U think, like writing Books, organiising Cookary Shows, Starting Consultating Company, Event Managements in Food etc. So best decision U have taken Tara Deshpande. Once again Congrats.
It is very good that she has not opted for acting anymore where opportunities were less and choose cooking the subject in which she is very good and comfortable. All the best to her.
