I have high respect for Kiran Mazumdar Shaw. The kind of struggle she went through, work she did, and productivity she has generated is commendable.

I'll buy the book just for her story itself.

Ego/style of an individual (which vary person to person)could also be the biggest factor for the success/failure of any deal/business.....
