Actually the first magazine for the Blind called 'Sparsh' was started somewhere in the 80s. It was edited by Mrs. Madhavi R. Vyas wife of Dr. Rajendra T Vyas Founder and Hon Secy Gen of NAB and Asia Director Royal Commonwealth Society for the Blind.
