Hey Rujuta that was very informtive ....what i have noticed in my personal life is bored people tend to eat a lot of junk food , i was one of them , what helped me was that 24/7 i kept myself occupied in my work and that helped me lead an active life as well as avoid bing eating .
A true dietician who is honest to his/her profession will never recommend aiming for size zero figure. It is not good and not practical for human body to starve or resort to control eating. We are not robots- its alright to binge a few times, exercise regularly, eat normal food- not go to any extremes- under or overeat
size zero people cannot concentrate on work involving heavy Mathematical calculations and decision Making like Accounting, Banking, Software Professionals and Students.
These people require carbohydrates a lot, especially in the morning, otherwise they feel lazy, dull and they get migraines if they dont get it enough.
No dite will work if you do not take Aurvadic constitution of a person in account. Each person is different and have one or two Prikriti unbalanced. This cause a disturbance in the balance of life style, thus prompting to crate a unnecessary weight that body can absorb. Correct eating based on Prikriti (Dosa) will not only take care of weight but number of diseases. Otherwise, keep doing all these tricks, they works for a short time but you gain weight as soon as you disturb your Prakriti.

Of course, What you think. If the Clint is Mrs. Kareena Khan and may be in handsome exchange of money in return to making her a zero size, what do you think, it is free? no way, this is a pure and all marketing.
