I cannot help but to mention that two most eligible bachelors ( cricketers ) of Karnataka during 90s did this social cause. Can you guess ?.. It was Anil Kumble and Venkatesh Prasad who married divorcees ( Chethana and Jayanthi ). I always feel proud of them!

A very good example on how to put mass media to effective use. Sales with a social message.

Ad will help to wipe out wrong notion that Indian widows are not allowed to remarry, which is only the case in few casts in India and not a common system. In India many of the casts have no bar on remarriage for Widow or divorcee eventhough widow is seen as inauspicious.
