Proper diet Daily exercise Good metabolibolism is the way to healthy and fit body. Motivation is the only driving force. The quick fix(strds and surgeries) won't help u in long run. Don’t worry about abs, once those fats melt away ,your underlining natural abs will be visible and its only after that above specialised exercise can enhance your abb muscles so that any one can count them. I have lost 20 kg myself and now only it takes only two weeks of abs exercise for my packs to appear.
Its awful looking. the bollywood is so much short of acting talents but only a show off of muskes and meat is ridiculous.
The batman and Iron man and bat man in hollywood did not show off great muskles but did a bit acting as well. That sucked bigtime and what to do with a meat show of roshan's?

no matter how much you do your abs exercises the basic thing is without a high protein diet and low carbs and nil fat you are not going to achieve the target, and the most important is most of the film stars only come into shape after surgical intervention of abdominal fats. A guy to soft fatty tummy never going to be shaped like roshan with proper diet and for big fatty tummies definitely req surgeries. We have heard Hrithik spent 20 lacs to shape up his body, so how many can afford that amount.

not true.. there r so many ppl we see at the gym with killer abs ..!! even while following a proper schedule and diet we can achieve but usually ppl r not disciplined and lack patience . they want faster results .

Patience, Diet and routine excise in disciplined manner is the KEY. Any elephant can get a good shape
