1) China has a very good stem cell research program. 2) Yes, it does cost. But something that didn't happen since birth is a positive thing in your case. I have personally been to China and observed their technology. 3) You should go to Maha Ananda Siddha at Katpadi (Mahadev Mountains). It is something you should definitely try since you are local to that place.
