I do not agree with the author. The place does have the magnetic power and it does pull the cars uphill. I have tried it a number of times with my Gypsy while I was posted at Leh. Visit the place to believe it.
I believe tourism to north-east India has never been publicized / advertised well by our government. Nor their are enough train/road links to these states. Had the government diverted more resources and attention in this direction, tourism industry itself would have solved so many law & Order and social problems of this region. Or atleast people of these regions would have considered more closer to their other Indian countrymen then the Chinese.
visual experience that takes one's breath away (literally), one ought to visit the Sangam (confluence of the Ganga and Yamuna) during any big festival like the Kumbh Mela.
One's breath and senses will be instantly overwhelmed by the vast minefields of human excreta on public display!
in jatinga village near lamding in assam there is a natural phenomenon. birds nose dive after crossing a lake. in your site u could have included ghungua national fossil park 100 km east of Jabalpur.
