Take a 5 mg shot of the drug 'Methylphenidate' (branded as 'Ritalin' in the market) one hour before the test commences. This drug is administered to children who are diagnosed with the condition 'Attention Deficit Disorder'.
This drug will help to easily focus one's attention on the task at hand for about 3 to 4 hours and nothing in the environment or on one's mind would be distracting.
In a test like the CAT, remaining in unwavering focus throughout the test is of utmost importance as all the preparation one had could be wasted if one's attention wavers for even a short while during the test.
