As Dhoni always mentions his ability to switch off from cricket once he leaves the ground. On the ground he stays 100% focused and thus he is able to deliver consistently. If we can practice this in our day to day life we will also be able to achieve a lot of success in our professional life.

8TH LESSON TO LEARN FROM DHONI: ==============================
"THE BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT"
I have always suspected, that in IPL, the matches may be or may not be fixed by betting cartels and syndicates, but certainly fixed by BCCI itself or by the cartel of the IPL franchises.
The first major suspicion arose when CSK lost to Rajasthan Royals in the finals of IPL 2008.
The suspicion got strength when certain easily winnable matches were lost by CSK.
What could be the motive of the cartel of franchises to fix matches?
1. Each franchise wants brand value to accrue over a period of time. If their team continues to languish at the bottom of team standings year after year, such accretion is impossible.
2. IPL is all about TV and income from advertisements. If strong teams like CSK keep winning and the semifinalists / finalists are spotted early, viewer interest will decline for some of the matches at the later stage of each edition of IPL.
Coming to CLT20 2013, the way CSK played MORE THAN THE RESULTS, against T&T in their last league match and in yesterday's final adds even more strength to suspicion of organized match fixing.
Look at the way guys like Murali Vijay, Hussey, Raina, Dhoni, Badrinath etc, got out on their own yesterday?
Well, this post is not about match fixing.
It is about the dictum that Dhoni seems to follow - The boss is always right i.e. the franchise or their cartel! Sure way to survive and grow!

well said abhay. wonder what they speak of vested interests also (read: rhiti sports).
It is the talent the team players have. Anybody becomes the captain will win for India. Tough under pressure?. If you have support like N.Sriniwasan any player can become successful.
Traits all these thins are Bakwas and nothing else.

If you know the outcome of the match before match, you can remain calm and quiet because you are sure that win is guaranted. BCCI is fixing all matches so that we fools like watch these fixed matches. One can notice no bowler is bowling bouncer or yorker to dhoni even in IPL Or current champions league. They are bowling pure hitting ball so that dhongi can hit it for six which ordinary club level batsmen can also do.

To become successful in office one must kick out seniors and go on top(Sehwag, gambhir, sachin are kicked out). Keep people who are loyal to you in junior positions even if they don't perform (raina, murali vijay, jadeja). Keep your chairman always happy. If you follow this you are successful like dhoni.

Why people keep complaining about the performance of Jadeja - I don't understand. Show me who is a better fit than he for the role he is playing? What more should he do to prove? Need factual points - no pointless blames here.
It has become trend to blame some without any reason. People are terribly stuck in the past, have no guts to accept the reality. Sachin and Sehwag are certainly things of past and have relevance to the current team.
