In most of the IT companies attrition rate is high. But female employees dont change jobs like male emplyees. They get promoted due to seniority and end up holding non working positions like Managing Director etc

why to make gender as an issue... any one, who has got right exposures with or without professional qualifications,would try to give the best though mostly women had been more focused, quick, commercial, aggressive, cruel but RESULT oriented in short term... short term period depend upon nature of job ...

Yes correct,they are all talented people it is immaterial whtehr they are women and men.But life is more difficult for women

Only in india..we see through narrow spectrum...there are talented people everywhere..dont attribute their success to their gender.please.
