Foreign syndrome.

in India, there is no shortage of talent or efficient people to work smart and hard at any level in any capacity. But, numerous such talents are being thrown out by many managements just because fo their " foreigners are preferred" syndrome. Many managements think that if he is a foreigner like an American, English or European, they just superb and hire them with hefty packages. But, many sorry facts ar that man of them have sold themselves to companies just with good vocabulary but having no sound technical o relevant experience. Our typical indian management bosses select them without verifying their background or fact sheets and make the real Indian talents to work under such useless foreign bosses. Such talents are being Illtreated or humiliated, leave the job and suffer without getting better opportunities. Our Indian management gurus and bosses should realize this fact and be cautious and identify such talents and encourage them to grow to higher levels. This " foreigners are better and preferred " syndrome should end.

Talent in India. You must be kidding bro. Simple example is Out of 100 Indian(Good B. Tech education) only 1 will be at Par. While of 100 foreigners 80 will be upto the mark. It can also be seen that out of all B.tech students only 20 are employable.

Focus of indian are more on money rather than developing skills. Accountability etc. they are zero.

Now coming to technical knowledge vs vocabulary it seems that you are lack vocabulary. Foreigners are much better at understanding the technical problem and putting it functionally. So they are the Architect who design and techie are the coder or the draftsman.

So better understand this and instead of whining focus on skill upgrades. You will be recognized.

Beggar country

Our country has become a beggar country. Ppl are demanding special status either on religion, caste, colour, gender, language or even region. We keep talking about equality but keep creating inequality. Salute such women who put extra effort and get what they want rather than those who dont have spirit hardwork and simply ask for additional help. irrespective of gender, colour, caste, religion talent and hardwork should be rewarded.
