This is the most neglected part of our fitness program in India. We believe early morning walks and light dinner is sufficient to maintain good health. While these two are imperative, strenght training is yet another important aspect which needs to be done regulalry. Start with lifting very light weights and over a period of time, you should be able to lift heavy weights comfortably. Also walking is not sufficient. Combine it with jogging to achive maximum results.
