I am open minded and dont take umbrage when cultural issues are poked at and ridiculed in the hackneyed way! But the same people who would question the attire and the dress mode to visit a temple or a family wedding would have no qualms in attending a high end dinner in the prescribed dinner jacket, shoes etc. They would have no qualms in visiting relatives in bermudas showing their hairly legs and leaving nothing to imagination about their innerwares, while wear a pin striped suit, tie in the hot and humid country like india to their office meetings! They will question the menu and the way is food is served at weddings or home but will endure in admiration and awe a five course dinner in exclusive club!
Now a days I read a lot of Pseudo liberal trash that mock culture or the seeming hypocrisy behind it. This whole talk irritates me, because only 20 years ago, their same mothers were making fun of their respective elder generation. Now it is the turn of this generation to do the same. One thing that no one can deny is that culture has declined and is dying. It is not their fault, educated in English and having western notions, one cannot blame their ignorance. Who is to blame them but for the faulty educational system that has no idea how to go about teaching an Indian education.

what culture and whose culture? Why should rotten culture be continued?
The world works fine without Indian culture and as matter of fact, most other countries are better of than in India in almost every measure of the life quality.
