The salaries presented here by different companies doesnt have a common denominator of qualification! For instance, global research in GE pays that kind of salary for entry level PhD graduates, whereas Indian oil doesnt hire PhD graduate and so is L&T. So, the reflection is based on graduates out of school but probably not based on their qualification
