... that all the IIT-IIM students after getting education, just leave India just to make money - instead use the Indian population to create a world class product. A product can easily make tons of money than with the meagre salaries.

People have to go where they get better jobs- India is full of nepotism, reservations for minorities, so meritocracy has no place. But in a Global Economy, it really does not matter where people go to work, it benefits everyone, I think.
It is good to know that the Indian Talent is having a sizable market in US. But any comparison needs to be drawn on an equitable basis, not in terms of mere numbers. One should not forget the currency value and its stability and sustainability.
