How to deal with diabetes at workplace

DONT AFRAID OF DIABETICS

I have LOST 35 Kg & 18 inches from my waistline in seven month.The doctor has advised me for knee replacement surgery . I came back from OT Table three time without being operated out of frightening.Today after 3 Years I am still MAINTAINING my ideal weight, got rid of multiple health issues including hypertension,hyperthyroidism and chronic constipation.Today at the ripe age of 61 years I am feeling like a 40 years old lady and leading a MEDICINE FREE LIFE along with my family.KAVITA(09718812832)

Diabetes, I mean type 2 is not at all a disease, it is only carbohydrate intolarance, that develops in the middle age for most people.

Just switch to low carbohydrate diet, and see if you are having hypothyroid and fix that thyroid probem, if you exercise or not just does not matter for diabetes. But to be fit is another thing altogether and diabetic or non diabetic it is always good to have some exercise programe in place.
