I am Mr B Navin given a guartee for my relative housing loan in 2007, but amount is some what 105000/- Now he is failing to pay emi on right time. Last month the acoount was about to go to NPA then the bank manager instructed to deduct three month emi from my Bussiness account. I contacted the loan relative but no response. Can i withdrawl gurantee for that loan and say take illegal action that hosuing loan which value is more then his loan amount. Pls reply..Thnx
