Reducing weight not possible without reducing food intake

Calories burned in exercise are more than made up by richer food taken along with the exercise regime. The real benefit of exercise is to prepare the body for obesity rather than to reduce it. Food intake has to be reduced in total calories for the weight to come down. Body cannot create something out of nothing, but it is very efficient in use of energy during exercise. Very few calories are burned by exercise because the body is very energy efficient in exercise.

some one has made very daring statement above 'The real benefit of exercise is to prepare the body for obesity rather than to reduce it'
So all those doing any kind of exercises, please stop exercising at once or else you are heading for obesity !
