I smoke 30 'Rothman' cigeratte a day. That is 2 packets. I am 40 now. No ailment of any sort. Not even sleeplessness. Good apetite and drinks good brands in the evenings.
If you have good food and drink, there will be no effect of smoking.
I doubt whether 'Rediff' will publish this or not..

Just read what's stated on the cigarette packet. If you don't trust rediff it's OK, but you must believe the cigarette manufacturers at least.
REDIFF DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON SUCH ARTICLES. IT IS NO USE UNTIL TOBACCO PRODUCTS ARE BANNED FROM BEING MANUFACTURED. BUT GREEDY GOVT. WANTS REVENUE FROM TOBACCO INDUSTRY SO IT IS A VISCIOUS CIRCLE.
Smoking does so much harm, apart from the financial implication of every puff! But still people will not stay away from it... Thats the beauty of this poison. Makes the ciggarette company owners rich at your cost!!!
The world over says that we need to ban smoking as it is fatal. In India some of the NGOs and Gram Sabhas are at this season asking villagers to pluck tendu leaves for making beedis. The rationale of the people involved in this process that it gives monetary income to the villagers. It does give means of livelihood to a certain number of villagers but should we look at the larger population that would be at a fatal risk (heart attacks/cancer/etc). In the present scenario these NGOs and Gram Sabas only look at their end of profits and survival. What about the thousands who get effected due to availability of tobacco products?. In my opinion these so called NGOs who think that they are doing service to development especially livelihood are not thinking of the world at large but are there to gather fame in the name of rural development. I think we should all be ashamed of ourselves to support such development target areas.
