I am a smoker and smoke around 10 sticks a day. I think its a harmful habit and must be stopped completely. There is nothing as - "regulated puffing". Smoking even once a day is harmful, rather smoking once a day is more harmful than smoking at regular intervals. Smoking once a day reduces immunity more than regular smoking. hence, stop it once for all.
Smoking of even one cigarette a day is harmful for the body . Timely counselling is need of the hour so that the smokers can kick this habit .Meditation , Pranayam , Yoga should be introduced in earlier stages of school life . These will not just keep the person from indulging in habits as smoking , but would also bring in complete development of the person 's personality thus making him more confident, both emotionally and mentally .
