If any body try to teach about basic human values then it will become issue of secularism. The politicians are herited this culture from English rulers before 1947. No body dare to change.. But in missionary & madrassa you can teach any thing since you need votes of these people. Great politicians of the great India....
It's really very much interesting that there are 26 universities in New Delhi. The major duty of this Universities is to spread education to it's people. But I think they should not only spread education but also make perfect character by teaching human values & morality. It is very good to make a record of such universities but on the other hand the Rape Case of Delhi is ridiculous in this "Gyan-Kshetra".

Ya Mr. Tare.. Our Indian Education System is Quanititate and Not Quality based!! Here degree are like for name sake< human becomes Devil Sometime, even most educated one!!!
