you are right. It is a kind of massage then increases blood circulation in that area. But there are other reasons.
Women who also dont breast feed their baby develop this cancer. The secretion is supposed to get out of the body. Since it doesnt have any option it ruins the cells around it.
Males also face this problem on their private organs if they are not active in love making.
