You have made your peers proud. Before going for transplant, take advise from Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Chikitsalaya, Haridwar. Many miracles had happened through Yoga and Ayurveda. Pray to God you get cured without transplant.

My best wishes to u & word of caution for kidney transplantin
by shirish on May 14, 2013 10:38 PM  | Hide replies

Dear Prakhar,
My best wishes to you for your 96% score in your XII sceince exam. I wish, that you get admission to best college, for the course that you wish to join.
There is word of caution for your proposed kidney transplant. No doubt, a kidney reansplant will give you good relief from your kidney ailment, as your both the kidneys are not functioning.
When a kidney is reansplanted, it is a foreign body, which matches to the extent of 70% to you body is transplanted. It is not possible to get a foreign body, which will match 100% to your body, even if it is taken from your parents, grand parents or near blood relatives. Therefore, transplanted person should be given medicines through out his life, after transplant, to keep his immunisation at low level. This keeps you susceptable to infection, as your immune system is at low level, to prevent your body from rejecting to transplanted kidney. Therefore, you will not go out at places where it is dusty, you will always eat food, which is cooked in cooker, and you will be served food, immediately removed from the cooker. You will always put a mask on your nose & on your face, so that, no germs will enter your body from your face and nose.
Get known to all these facts, before yourkidney transplant. Throughout your life, you will spend Rs.10,000 per month (by present day cost, it will definitely increase, day by day, as cost increases) to wards your medicines to decrease your body immunisation, & keep you fit artificia

Dear Prakhar,

As mentioned in above message it is not 100% true. Yes u need to take medicine throughout the life and the cost of medicine depend when the doctor gives you choice to select the medicine. You need to drink boiled water throughout life, stay in hygine condition, and stay away from crowded place. You will be asked to visit every 6 month for medical checkup, where dr will check the functioning of your kidney.
Don't worry , go ahead with transplantation as it will give you quality of life.

I wish you all the best .

Keshav gupta.
