What about the ones who never known what is mother's love? Can it be ever replaced by anyone ? Can a woman or man be a good mother or father when she/he never experienced mother's love ?
I share my grief with all those who read and learn such incredible things about mother's love but never had experienced it.

Do we need a mother's day in India. Its a crime to remember mom on specific day. it is western culture...in our culture we should not live even a single day without remembering and saluting the mom.
Come out of this slavery to a culture which is not ours.
Second, to rediff...do we need these random pics and stories about bollywood moms? Why cant we remember Jijabhai..sivajis mother, or sumithra mother of laxmana and shatrughna, or many more great mothers who are responsible to make this a great nation.

I thank rediff for making this ocassion so special for all the moms in the world. A single day is not enough to appreciate the efforts and sacrifice of mother..Every day is a mother's day.Even God needed the coziness and love of Ma, so she was created to spread the love on Earth.She is Great.
A mother can be a cushion when you need comfort,a playmate when in a playful mood,a sand bag when your mood is foul,a friend to rely on with secrets,a shield to protect you from the firing line....etc etc....
