People spending 100s of 1000s of rupees on this nonsense under the pretext of fashion is criminal when the majority of the country's population can barely make ends meet!

When half the people get the idea that the other half are going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend is the beginning of the end of any nation.

what makes you think that a carpenter or a farmer or a person laying roads is working any less harder than you in front of a computer? either we are over paid or they are underpaid. It is a human responsibility to pull the rest of humanity up ones you reach the next level. All they need is a respectable lifestyle. once you give that they are going to feel better about the job they do. otherwise 2 generations down the lane you wont find anyone to do these jobs.
