(who is also a well known dietician) recently held a training program on health for a major corporate.
Among the many things she said during her talk, the following might interest avid hindi movie buffs :
1. Saf Khan - who had years of steroid treatment to develop a muscular body - was forced to have a coronary angioplasty (by-pass surgery) to reverse a fatal development resulting from the steroids
2. Salman Khan - who too did steroids for years - suffers from chronic back/spinal problems that prevent him from lifting any significant weights (that his screen characters can lift tons or make villains weighing 100 kilos fly off with a mere wave of his hand is an entirely different matter)
The lecturer went on to describe various problems faced by movie men who took steroids to have the much touted 'six-packs' and 'barn like shoulders'. She also named Arnold Swarc(whatever) of Hollywood who also has a problem that resulted from pumping too much iron too fast.
