I agree with you. More often than not the lines are sexist, cheap & riddled with double-entendre. Its high time they introspect.
The point 5 stating we do not need your money is difficult to digest rather impossible to believe as no matter how much beautiful, avaerage or even ugly the girl is she always go after money and rich guys directly or indirectly. So this is just show off that girls don't look for money while dealing with guys.
