The writer has completely not mentioned Angkor Vat. The size and splendor of this temple rivals most temples in India. Thought he temple is dedicated to Vishnu thre are enough shivlings here to warrant a place in this list

Para Bramhan is a originally Sanskrit word meaning supreme Bramha. From there this word is adopted in Javanese.
