Conduct a written test for all employees in a company whoever passes stays and who ever fails leaves. Let us see how many women and men leave and we will also see how women take it and how do men take it.

Ok - we can agree for this when men agree to give the same equal status to women in society. I mean in ALL respects. Right from birth men control and abuse women mentally, socially - always conditioning them to be subservient to men - most times depriving them freedom, education etc. Will any indian family agree for girls to do night study with friends and walk back home alone?
So cheer up man, give women that little chance so they can atleast see what life has for them. Free them from the irritating male chauvinistic clutches thats constrained them for ages!

actually problem of inida is u got 2 set of women s..1 living in villages and other in metros..u need 2 talk abt it separately...talking about metro females..i can vouch males at home go thru lot of mental..emotional."wont say sexual& physical" harrasment..and law of land is on women's side...fair though that in villages u get to c more problems for women..but not in metros....does any 1 suggest equal law for both sexes
In India women are given lenience in-spite of they doing several mistakes. So women will easily prosper in India and moreover the Indian system is totally inclined towards women so India does not need any men in the country. It is fine all they need will be more attacks of 26/11 which women will fix.

well said.. Some women woo the bosses to get thier things done, plays dirty politics, wrongly implicating the men for sexual harassment. Ofcouse not all. Good and bad are in both. Remove the reservation, should have same work and pay.

Correct - Thats just your name. What you say out there is not quite correct. Manipulation happen everywhere, even in all male setup.
Women appear to be given perceived lenience in work place is because men fail to match up to women when it comes to household work etc. There is no law or guideline that will favour women. If women find their way around without working hard in your opinion then thats due to the weakness of the men, isnt it.
Women in India are abused for centuries and only in recent times they see a semblance of a chance to live lives of their choice. Most men dont even want that, then its a matter of shame!
Not only in Urban space but allover the place across the board from village to towns ...the ever increasing number of people with their own head and forward looking vision are finding themselves trapped in the clutches of handful of backward political system and nexus of all backwardness .....and the barrier is cracking by each passing day ...thats evident and the fellas who run such Status Quo are wanting in every walk of life and getting trampled ...JAI HIND !
it is this blind worship of people and where they went to study[it is the person and then the institution that matters Oxford, LSE etc they are excellent places but people who have gone through there from corporation schools in India and burnt the midnight oil find nothing out of this world for them] that takes India to the gutter. A writer the literary types lacks objectivity and lives in hallucination and the above time pass article reflects the malaise. The land of Kalidasa, Bharthari and Nargarjuna is seeing sorry days!
