Nothing work! If u've "strong connection"inside any organization and if ur salary demands fit for their policy then any fool can get job easily and it happens.
These articles are versions of western origin. Just think you as a hiring executive can you read or Judge in 6 second ?? never.. that too if you are paid to do the job of identifying right human talent. Yes we all understood writing a good CV is a must but this does not mean that you should leave all the things and make sure your cv should attract the recruiter in 6 seconds... does it not sound ridiculous??

You misread it. What you said is correct but its for getting recruited which definitely takes all rounds of interviews. This is about initial screening where resume are thrown out. It is never a good policy but in today's internet world, all jobs get thousands of applicants - how can they spend time on each of them? So these procedures of 6 seconds come in place.
