lets say a house costs 30 lakhs and you would have to spend not less than 5 yrs to collect the money Till then same house would be upto 50 lakhs you need extra 20 lakh
Instead you buy your house now start living in it save your rental May be after 3 yrs you decide to go to new house you can still still sell this handsomely and move to next one.
So only morons can pass such comments the entire banking industry works on Banks
In india majority of people are farmers,shop keepers or showroom owners. You had urged only about a small group of people who work in MNC and uses credit card or EMI for there car or house loan. How will you clarify your statement for entrepreneurs ,business men ,etc and also those who use black money in there business ( as they clearly saving 30% tax on there income)..
The lure of credit cards have instilled a false sense of money resulting in spending beyond one's means & earning potential. Also one should have a medical insurance for his family early in life.
