The river Damodar certainly has a masculine name, so the Brahmaputr is not the only one. But Brahmaputr is NOT a feminine name as the "a" is only in English. It is silent in its original Sanskrit pronounciation, Brahmputr. Jaganniwas Iyer

As far as I know, Brahma has no sons (or daughters, for that matter).Can any pundit enlighten me?

name of lord Brahmas son is manu,who is considerd father of all human being.
The Pangong lake photo is wrongly composed with the water body and the hills cutting the photo into two equal halves. Should have followed the rule of thirds.

The rule of third is the best; but it is not always applicable. Here the photographer could not refrain from taking the birds in water to the entire land mass behind, the air - the water - the earth, the yin & yang of nature albeit in the horizontal mode; these could not have been adjusted in the thirds law.

Cut the photo into two halves horizontally, you get two different subjects and two panoramic views.
