Read your article, and tried Potbelly. Never did I imagine that part of India also had delicious food as part of their cuisine. From whatever one reads about the state, from Indians in India itself causes us to pre-judge (as has been proven, we Indians are one of the most racist people in the world). I digress, but my point is the food was absolutely delicious here and I wish there were more such restaurants. Thanks for the suggestion and I hope to try more from their very interesting menu the next time Im in Delhi. The apple cinnamon cooler was very refreshing too!
