I apply a personal loan through private bank. They refuse due to my CIBIL score 596. Earlierly I got a perosnal loan of Rs. 139000/- for 4 year side by side i already pay 12 emi. I have a credit card which was in full & final settlement of Rs. 45700/- in 4 EMI. I already pay 1st EMI of Rs. 11425/- now the balance due is Rs. 34275/-. Am i eligable for fresh personal loan of Rs. 1,00,000/- for 3 years @ 16% interest from any bank or private concern?

My name has been updated in cibil as a defaulter. I have taken only one education loan in 2006. but in my cibil report it is showing that i have taken two education loans and because of one education loan that i have not taken I was rejected in getting personal loan.How can i find out my default or who updated or which institution updated me cibil as a defaulter.
